he'll be walking. I mean seriously...he is THAT close. When he plays with his toys on the floor, he is now making himself stand up and then just leans down to the toys....I'd say a matter of days before he realizes if he just straightens up he can stand. S-C-A-R-Y!!! Hubby and I were talking last night about how we've got to really get to baby-proofing the house. Make sure all the outlets are covered, and cabinets "locked". We already keep the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms closed because one of our dogs is a chewer....so that won't be any different...we probably also should invest in a gate for the stairs, but at this point I don't know if he'll even go over in that direction. Only time will tell I suppose. :) Talk to you soon!! xoxTuesday, April 12, 2011

Yeah, a gate for stairs is probably a good thing. Once they get mobile they want to explore EVERYWHERE! They get facinated by steps too. It is even worse when they walk because it is even easier for them to get around. It is a fun age but exhausting for the parents. It is hard to even go to the bathroom when you are by yourself because they will find things to get into trouble!
